In exchange, we either:

You are responsible for shipping the bobblehead within 48 hours of the game.
Shipping cost is covered by us.
Proper packaging is required to protect the item.

If the stadium runs out of the giveaway item, the ticket reimbursement will not apply.
We strongly recommend:

• Checking gate policies
• Confirming if it’s a special ticket event
